This is Ash's newest rival, Dylan Spencer. Unlike his previous rivals, Dylan is the most heated of all, and he is pure evil. He is the most heartless pokémon trainer Ash had ever met. He is really obnoxious, and he beat him in their first Pokemon battle against each other, but the match was called for a foul by Seto Kaiba. Feeling insulted and challenged, Dylan had a Pokemon battle against Kaiba as well, but the jerk lost to the rich duelist, and he swore revenge on him before he stormed away. It wasn't until after his second gym badge victory when Dylan met his hero, Giovanni, who told him he saw great potential in him, witnessing his cruel actions, especially with his Snag Machine to steal people's Pokémon. Afterwards, Giovanni invited the dark green-haired trainer to join Team Rocket as a member, saying that if he became a Pokemon League champion, everyone would bend to their will. Dylan was interested in this idea, and he gladly accepted the offer. Since then, Dylan became a nefarious enemy of Ash and the gang as a part of Team Rocket with Mitsu Kuzunoha, Cassidy, Butch, Floodragon, Domino, Attila and Hun as his teammates in a group.
