Desmond Sheffield

This character here I made is inspired by Mixedfan8643's Timothy the Turtle, only that this character is deliberately evil. In fact, this character is based on X-Men's Graydon Creed and Henry Gyrich along with Cat R. Waul.

UPDATE: Desmond is an intelligent bigot towards dragons like Lilac and Mistral, and he wishes to see them destroyed for the sake of "world peace" on Avalice. Of course, the only three dragons he likes a lot are his master, Shayde Bloodworth, Lilac's doppelganger, Bluebell Indigo, and Lilac's evil counterpart from an alternate dimension, Larvena.

When Desmond got Lilac and friends banned from Shang Mu, Shayde gained support from the Red Scarves and became their new leader. Then, after Desmond became the new mayor of Shang Mu, he made an unjust law/rule that anyone who's a friend/relative of Mistral's (or any associate of Team Lilac's) must be destroyed. To that end, Shayde hired Spade and a bunch of bounty hunters to find Mistral and Team Lilac and bring them to him and Desmond.

Once the heroes (including Spiky the Echidna and Milo Basset) along with Joan Ferrari (who was accused of witchcraft) were captured, Shayde had them ready to be publicly executed, but just as the seven were about to be executed (Joan be burned at the stake), Cyrano came to the rescue as he freed the almost unconscious Joan and knocked down a few evil Red Scarves and Desmond before Cyrano leapt up and climbed a tall building before he reached a rooftop, standing over the crowd, crying out loud, "SANCTUARY!! SANCTUARY!! SANCTUARY!!" The Shang Mu citizens who were worshiping Desmond protested and yelled for the Red Scarves to kill the traitor. But Cyrano yelled for them to be silent, and then he made a speech about how they almost killed a saint who saved him from a tragic accident deliberately caused by Shayde Bloodworth. Cyrano's speech also mentioned how the Ancient Dragon of Shang Mu blessed Joan with the ability to speak to it. The Ancient Dragon itself appeared to prove Cyrano's point. The result of all this got the civilians to see the light before Cyrano exposed Shayde, Desmond and the Red Scarves for their heinous acts during Desmond's run for mayor. Then Shayde revealed his true colors before he signaled Team Lilac and Team Mistral to be executed immediately. But just as it happened, Spade and half of all the Red Scarves turned on the villains at the same time Team Lilac and Team Mistral freed themselves to attack Shayde, his own Red Scarves, his bounty hunters and Desmond. Lilac's banning was all an act by Zao, Dail and the Magister, while Spade revealed that he'd rather die than work for a monster like Shayde, and he also filled Team Lilac in on the plan, and the rulers wanted to find Mistral, too.

UPDATE: After his master Shayde was slain by Lilac, Mistral, Natalina and Cinna, Desmond, his bounty hunters and the evil half of the Red Scarves were sent to exile as well, vowing vengeance on the heroes for the sake of their deceased master. Since then, the former members of the Red Scarves who are loyal to Desmond became a new mercenary assassin group known as the Black Hoods, which was founded not only by him, but also former Red Scarves leader Sokala the Tiger, her lover Karver the Tiger, and Judge Kragen Trask. One very notable scheme the four leaders of the Black Hoods did was make up an evil doppelganger of Lilac- Bluebell Indigo- to frame her and send her to her doom, but alas, that scheme was foiled, and Indigo joined the Black Hoods in being exiled for life.
