Reyson is the greedy tyrant king of the planet Vubos, where he idolized Lord Brevon when he heard stories about him. One day, when Reyson was growing fragile and old, he visited the mountains of Shankara, where the river's water gives eternal youth to anyone who drinks it. Reyson took a drink from the river, and as a result, he became younger, stronger and free from aging ever again. Time passed ever since Reyson resumed ruling his kingdom with no age problems ever again, and then, fearing that the enslaved Vubosians were growing too numerous and might rebel against him, he ordered a mass execution of all male infants born to the Vubosians, having his army invade their homes and kidnap the male infants from their terrified mothers and tossing them into a crocodile-infested river.

However, one Vubosian woman named Kaguya managed to send her infant son Moses away on a space capsule that launched through space to escape the massacre, many lightyears away until the capsule landed into the shallow part of a lake on Planet Avalice. The mother, the late Queen Yocheved of Shuigang, had felt the brief earthquake and had the guards investigate the object that landed in the lake.

Dail and Spade, five and four years old respectively back then, were concerned about the disturbance in the kingdom, so they followed their parents to the lake, until the capsule was brought ashore. The two kids took a close look at the capsule and noticed the sleeping baby inside. They told their parents what was inside the capsule, and after opening the capsule, feeling touched and charmed by the baby, King Jason and Yocheved agreed to take the child and raise him as their own, and named him after an Avalician god, Moses.

UPDATE: When he learned about Lord Brevon's death at the hands of Lilac, King Reyson was furious. And so he decided to invade Avalice and bring terror and destruction to it like what Brevon would've done. First, the evil dictator went to the planet Vipos and recruited the evil Viperians- the ones who were foiled by the Chasers and the good Viperians (reference to Mixedfan8643's cancelled Freedom Planet fanfic, Freedom Planet: Planet of the Serpents)- for his army. After that, King Reyson invaded Avalice, bringing tyranny to the planet. That was where he met Desmond Sheffield, Kragen Trask, Bluebell Indigo and the Black Hoods, telling them how much he admired their terrorism, and that they have a common foe: Lilac and her friends. He offered them to join his army, and he would reward them handsomely. The Avalician terrorists loved the sound of that, and so they accepted and joined Reyson's army as well. Of course, Indigo gave a suggestion to Reyson; to recruit a gang of bigoted bullies- the very same gang who admired Desmond and his wicked ways, especially in the Black Hoods- that picked on Zariah. Very intrigued about this, Reyson met the delinquents at the Avalician juvenile hall, offering them to join his cause for reigning terror over Avalice, to which the evil gang willingly agreed. Together, they all became the deadliest and most dangerous villains Lilac and her friends have ever faced.
